1. Information on this website
Product descriptions, articles and advice on this website are for general information. They are not a diagnosis and are not a substitute for an in person examination by a qualified doctor.
Results differ from person to person. Photos and descriptions show what is possible, not a guaranteed result.
2. Before you start a product
Always read the label and directions. Patch test a small amount on the inside of your arm or behind your ear for 24 to 48 hours before using a new product on your face.
Introduce one active product at a time, and use a broad spectrum sunscreen every day, especially when using brightening or exfoliating products.
Tell us if you are pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, take medicines or have allergies. That is why we ask these questions at checkout.
3. If something goes wrong
Stop using a product if you get burning, swelling, blistering or a rash that does not settle, and contact us. For a severe reaction, or any reaction around the eyes, see a doctor straight away.
4. Consultations
Online consultations are based on the photos and information you give us. They cannot replace an in person examination, and they are not for emergencies. If a condition needs further tests or treatment, we will tell you to see a doctor in person.
