PurEA Aesthetics dispatches orders nationwide across Pakistan via trusted express courier networks, ensuring temperature-controlled handling and prompt delivery.

1. Nationwide Delivery Coverage
We ship to every major city and district across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Hyderabad, and surrounding regional areas.
All orders are dispatched from our central medical distribution hub in protective, tamper-evident packaging to safeguard formulation integrity.
2. Delivery Timelines
Major Urban Hubs (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad/Rawalpindi): 2 to 3 business days.
Other Cities & Regional Districts: 3 to 5 business days.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) are prepared and handed over to the courier the same day. Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
3. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery Threshold
Standard Nationwide Courier Rate: Flat PKR 250 on all orders below PKR 5,000.
Free Shipping: We offer complimentary nationwide delivery on all orders of PKR 5,000 or above, as well as on all complete Treatment Kits and Bundles.
4. Payment
Orders are paid in advance by bank transfer (Allied Bank), Easypaisa or JazzCash. The account details are shown at checkout.
Upload a screenshot of your payment at checkout. Our team checks every payment by hand and confirms with you on WhatsApp or by phone before dispatch.
Cash on Delivery is not available at the moment.
5. Real-Time Order Tracking
Once your parcel is booked with our courier partner (TCS, Leopards, or Trax), you will receive an SMS and WhatsApp notification containing your direct courier tracking number.
You can track your package online at any time or contact our customer care team if delivery takes longer than anticipated.
